Notice to Rocha’s Automotive Customers regarding business operations due to COVID-19. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to rapidly evolve, Rocha’s Automotive is continuing to closely monitor the situation and we are taking preventative steps to limit the impact on our operations. In order to protect the health of our staff, customers and others in our community we ask our Customers to use technology as much as possible. First Please DO NOT come into the shop if you have any symptoms or have traveled out of the area. We can take appointments over the phone or by email. Our Service advisors can email or text you a picture of your Diagnosis and 30 Point Vehicle Health check as well as an estimate. We can take payment over the phone and we have a drop box for before/after hours. Some customers are leaving their keys in the vehicle and calling from their vehicles and the service advisers will come out and get the vehicle. We can also pick up your vehicle at your work or home. Our Customers in essential service jobs need to be able to get to work and many restaurants are ramping up their delivery service. Also, people have to be able to get to the pharmacy the grocery store and doctors appointments. For this reason, Rocha’s Automotive is an essential service.
