John explained an option to have BG 10k oil service prior to service and I agreed to add this service. John provided a estimate of the duration of the service and was within 5 minutes of that estimate. Cabin filter was available in stock which I appreciated and the air filter was checked and did not need to be replaced, these were two things that I requested John to have checked when I arrived.

Great service. They diagnosed the problem and repaired my vehicle without any delay. I was very satisfied with the personal attention to my time constraints and need for timely repair. They shuttled me home and back to the shop so I could take care of other responsibilities. Thank you!
