Our 17 year old Prius had a serious malfunction just as we were approaching Fortuna on our way to Eureka. A local body shop couldn't help us, but recommended Rocha as we needed specialized help for the partially battery-powered car. It was lunch time, but John got us immediate help as we were essentially stranded there without our car. He and the Rocha's team found a way to make a fast diagnosis, were able to order and would replace an important part. We did need to stay at one of the local motels down the street but 24 hours later we were on our way and finishing up our vacation. I can't recommend highly enough the great care and attention to our problem. Fortuna and surrounding towns are lucky to have such a reliable automotive repair and service business in their area. We’ve now taken our 2017 Honda Pilot to Rocha’s twice for maintenance and they get a glowing review from us. They communicate well with us, answer questions, are as accommodating as they can be and the service is usually done prior to the promised time. We’ve also used them for the smog checks on both of our cars, as we moved them here from out of state. An added bonus: they’re in our home town so we don’t have to drive to the dealership!
