I received a call from Rochas listing the items they found in their safety check and then listed them in priority of safety. They gave me a quick estimate of the cost and discussed their methods of repair and their rationale for prioritizing. I authorized the work, the car was done within 30 minutes of the time promised, the actual bill came in LESS than the estimate, and my wife SAFELY arrived 900 miles away at her holiday destination.
