This is the second time I've used Rochas services and I am just as pleased as the first time. The staff is friendly and make the process as painless as possible. I'll be returning here to have my vehicle serviced in the future. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with my recent service at Rochas Automotive. I had an oil change, but also asked for a complete status review of my Toyota pickup truck. The information I was given was detailed and complete, and I was given recommendations for which repair items were most in need of being done. The customer service was exceptional.

I moved to Fortuna in 2007. I contacted Rocha's soon after moving here to have my truck serviced. My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of their shop and the way they treated us. Shortly thereafter we began taking all three of our vehicles to Rocha's for service. Ken and all of his staff are very honest, friendly and sincere. They have never suggested that we have any work done on our vehicles that I felt was premature or unnecessary. They will take the time to explain to you why certain repairs need to made and tell you what can wait. I have never felt in any way like I have been over charged for the work that was done. Rocha's also provides great customer service. They will give me a ride home if my vehicle will be in the shop for an extended period of time and they rotate my tires each time they service my vehicles. Rocha's garage is the best I have ever been to. I recommend them to everyone I know, they are great. I wish more businesses operated as professional as they do.

Service was excellent as always and friendly..calling me by my first name as if they know me as a friend. Yet they are very professional and always on time!

I trust Rochas because they've always managed to track down the problem and get it fixed. I do find them to be a bit expensive, but it's worth the peace of mind.
