Thank you, John and the entire staff for taking care of my car. It’s difficult for me to leave my “BlueOx” even for a day and nearly impossible for two weeks, Holiday weekend and waiting for parts, but I had to trust that they were taking care of it. I’m very grateful my car was ready as promised and for their patience with me.

I scheduled a brake check for my truck as I do a lot of towing with it. John kept me informed of the process as Travis inspected the brake system and fluids. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the brakes were performing well and I didn't need them replaced yet. They made me aware of some maintenance issues that should be handled down the road but didn't high pressure me to do them now. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I recommend them for all your automotive repairs and system checks..
