Rocha’s was excellent in finding out the problem with my 2014 Durango. Computer issues in vehicles are always complicated, but Rocha’s found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Mel is wonderful to speak with and Tony knows his stuff! Prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Rocha’s Automotive. They are professional and communicative which I appreciate very much.

Too long; didn’t read version: This place is legitimate. Staff is incredibly friendly (they address you by your name, unreal!) I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else other than Rocha’s Automotive moving forward. I have time to read version: I recently purchased a 2002 Toyota Tacoma and needed some maintenance work performed on it; the valve cover gaskets were starting to fail. This was causing oil to leak onto the exhaust manifold which would then lead to smoke coming from the engine compartment. Not overly concerning but if neglected could lead to an engine fire. Anyways when the tech that was dismantling the valve cover to replace the gaskets they noticed that the cover itself was cracked. They took the initiative and had the crack repaired (the right way) by sourcing it out to a local welder. In addition to the work that was initially requested they informed me that my rear brakes were shot. So I had them replaced. After about two-three days of driving around town and on the highway I came to the conclusion that something was very wrong with the brake job. I was experiencing horrible vibrations in the steering column and the entire body of the truck would shake violently at both high and low speeds. I took it back to Rocha’s Automotive and spoke with one of the staff members and explained the issue. They got back to me later that same day and sure enough there was an issue with the brakes. It wasn’t anything the techs did wrong, the parts that were ordered were built to different tolerances. In fact, Tony, one of the staff members (I believe the owner) informed me that they went through 2-3 different pairs of drums before finding a set that fit just right. After rectifying the issues with the rear brakes Tony mentioned that the truck still didn’t feel quite right, so they replaced my front rotors and brake pads free of charge, “Customer Satisfaction” as he put it. Unbelievable. Nobody does this. No one. This is the type of service you hear about when you talk to people from a bygone era. It’s interactions like this that build rapport and allow for a lasting relationship to be formed. I will be going here for all my vehicle needs for as long as I’m living in the area. Thank you to everyone at the Rocha’s Automotive! You guys rock!
