Once again they got me in sooner than my scheduled appointment. I like that they do a complete look over of the car to assess the problem, but that just let me know there’s more to fix. I guess the reasonably priced seemed a little high to me but I don’t go to the mechanic often. Overall they do good work are friendly, informative, and professional. Thanks guys!

Thank you, Rochas, for friendly, competent assistance when I needed it most. I was travelling alone and was hundreds of miles from home when my Suburban needed urgent attention. Rochas Automotive in Fortuna was the closest repair shop to my destination and was AAA recommended. It turned out to be a fortunate choice. I arrived on the intercity bus many hours ahead of my vehicle, well before check in time at the local hotel and walked to the shop from downtown. The staff greeted me as a guest, offered use of the facilities, good coffee and a comfortable place to sit while I collected myself. John promised to check things out the next day. The car arrived late that night, was inspected the following morning and was ready for the road by lunchtime. It wasn't a complicated issue but it was one that prevented confident travel and I was grateful to the staff on duty at Rochas for taking it seriously. They were courteous and professional. My thanks to everyone there. The residents of Fortuna/Humboldt County are lucky to have access to such a courteous, professional auto repair business. Many of us who live in big cities can't say as much.
