Do good work. I would say they are efficient and do great work in a very timely fashion. They have always called with questions before going head with repairs that were not authorized. I greatly appreciate that.

Professional. Very professional, time conscious, and even cleaned the cabin of my car the best they could with my junk in the way. That is an old-fashioned perk I haven't seen in a while.

Highly satisfied. Outstanding customer service! I live in Southern California and my car broke down while in Fortuna visiting family. I had to return to SoCal and left my car with Rochas. They checked in with me every step of the repairs and kept my car until I could return to pick it up. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them
