The service tech and I had a miscommunication about some of the repair work that needed to be done now and what could wait until later due to my finances. they made it right when I picked up the vehicle and discussed our prior conversation again. I really thought we were going to have an issue but the tech accepted responsibility for his error and fixed the problem. I was extremely impressed and a very happy customer. Most places don't give service like this anymore. I would def recommend this place.
i love rocha's. they're prompt, expert, courteous. their waiting area is well stocked with candy and coffee. they take pride in their work.
