As usual, going into Rocha's for an oil change results not only in an oil change, but a thorough inspection of the vehicle and the vehicle's maintenance records on Carfax. As a result, it was determined that the battery was on it's way out, and that the front and rear differentials needed servicing. I was notified by phone of the needed maintenance in advance and in a timely manner. Given my permission to proceed, the required maintenance was performed in an efficient and timely manner and I was notified when my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Came in for a smog certification, didnt have an appointment. John took my information and said it would be later in the afternoon before he could fit me in. Then, we went out to the car and he did some diagnostic stuff. Then, he said if I wait they might be able to fit me in. It was only about 10 minutes later and it was done! So happy with the service.
